Position: Technical Support Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Should have the zeal to resolve customer issues

Experience : Min 1 year

Job Description:

  • Solving Customer queries by providing Technical Support through chat and e-mail
  • To monitor on a day to day basis the incoming tickets
  • Adding of the customers data to the tool
  • Front line support for Chats
  • Troubleshoot any issues customer is having with his webhosting plan
  • Provides technical support for Level I escalation issues via helpdesk
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned .

Required Skills:

  1. Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language to communicate effectively to clients
  2. Ability to work with a team and follow instruction from supervisors
  3. Outstanding customer service skills
  4. Must be dependable to be at work during assigned shifts
  5. Knowledge of FTP, DNS, Cpanel and WHM preferred
  6. Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors
  7. Experience with documenting procedures
  8. Able to troubleshoot basic webhosting procedures
